The Roosevelt School District offers group benefits such as, medical, dental, disability insurance, basic life and a supplemental life insurance plan. The District pays the total premium costs for the employee’s medical and basic life coverage. Voluntary participation in the other plans are deducted from the employee’s paycheck covering 21 pay period. As with all insurance policies, employees should refer to the Master contract regarding Benefits provided by each plan.

Teaching experience in any Roosevelt District school qualifies for deferment of Perkins and Stafford/Ford (NDSL) loans.
