RSD Tax Credit Information
Revised December 11th, 2009

Give to the school of your choice and receive a tax credit!

Arizona Law (A.R.S. 43-1089.01) allows Arizona taxpayers to contribute up to $400 to support extracurricular programs in public schools.

Contribution Limits: Total contribution cannot exceed $400.00 per calendar year if filing status is Married filing Joint; $200 per calendar year if filing status is Single or Head of Household; $200.00 per calendar year if filing status is Married filing Separate form. (You may donate more as a gift if you desire)

A tax credit is a dollar-for-dollar reduction in the actual tax owed. For example, if you are married filing jointly and owe the State $800, you can subtract your $400 donation from the bottom line. You then only owe $400.

Imagine the many programs that can be funded through your support. You give to a school in the Roosevelt School District and you receive the money back in tax credit from the state and students get the benefit of extracurricular activities.

Download the Tax Credit Form in .PDF format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
Print the donation form and mail to Roosevelt School District with your donation. A receipt for tax purposes will be mailed to you.

For additional tax credit information, please visit the Arizona Department of Revenue website to retrieve the printable brochure 707.

Thank you for your donation.
